What happens after you book an IELTS demo
Three steps, and none of them involve a payment page.
Amarjot replies
Usually he answers the same day. First he confirms a time that suits you both, or he asks a question if your situation needs one.
You sit the demo
He runs a real session rather than a sales call. Then he tests where you stand across the modules and tells you exactly what he sees.
You decide
Finally he explains the gap between your level and your target. After that you choose whether to continue, because nobody asks for money before this point.
Before you book an IELTS demo
Bring your documents if you have them, because the fastest demos start with a clear target. For example, if a university has asked for a specific band, tell Amarjot that number straight away. Similarly, if Canada PR is your goal, mention the CLB level you need. Then he can shape the session around your actual requirement rather than a general assessment.
Not sure which exam your application wants? That happens constantly, so bring the question along. Meanwhile you can check the official formats yourself at ielts.org and pearsonpte.com. Furthermore, if you are heading to Canada, the official CLB requirements spell out which benchmark applies to you.
Finally, it helps to know what you want to ask. Most people book an IELTS demo wanting two answers: how far off am I, and how long will this take? Amarjot answers both honestly, even when the honest answer is longer than you hoped.
